Deposits are non-refundable. However, you are entitled to one reschedule with your deposit if you notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If no time slots are available on a specific day, it means I won't be working that day. Please feel free to choose another date that works for you.
Yes, you can pay in person for your appointment. For certain services, I collect deposits online beforehand.
